Description

As a Services Coordinator at Sitzler Pty Ltd, you will be based in project locations across Western Australia, working within the Construction WA department. This permanent, full-time position falls under the category of Construction & Project Management.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing various service activities to support construction projects in Western Australia. Your main tasks will include:

- Reviewing services sample submissions for compliance against specifications
- Coordination of services technical queries with Subcontractors and Consultants
- Liaising with Services Manager for technical support and guidance
- Performing QA inspections for services installations
- Coordinating services interfaces with Work Packages onsite
- Assist with the interface between Project Manager / Engineers and consultants for design changes and services clash solutions




- Support the Services Manager in assisting with the preparation and submission of tenders as directed in accordance with company procedures
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory authority requirements
- Keep records relating to and maintain contact and communication with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and local authorities

Qualifications

Minimum level of knowledge/skills/training required to carry out the job:

- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering and minimum of 5 years in the construction industry with experience relevant to services coordination
- Minimum of 5 years work experience in services-related role
- Sound understanding of services design, installation and commissioning
- Nationally Recognised Construction Induction
- Drivers Licence
