Are you a skilled analytical qualified who thrives on turning complex data into actionable business insights? Randstad is currently working with an exciting client to find a Product Reporting Analyst on an initial contract until June 2027 with potential of extension. This role is based in Brisbane however is able to be worked remotely from within Queensland.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between project performance, data visualisation, and financial analysis to drive visibility, governance, and informed decision-making across high-profile product portfolios.

Role: Product Reporting Analyst

Contract: Until June 2027 with potential of extension

Pay Rate: $80 an hour + super

Weekly Hours: 36.25 hours per week

Location: Remote from within Queensland

What You Will Do:

- Extract, analyse, and interpret complex project, portfolio, and financial data from JIRA, Confluence, and related systems.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and visual reporting solutions for key stakeholders and Executives.
- Monitor project performance, capacity, risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes to support continuous improvement.
- Conduct financial reporting support, including budget tracking, forecasting, variance analysis, and reconciliation activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document,



and validate business intelligence and reporting requirements.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

- Proven experience developing Power BI dashboards and data visualisations to support operational and Executive decision-making.
- Demonstrated experience extracting, analysing, and interpreting project and portfolio data using JIRA and Confluence.
- Strong capability in financial analysis, budget monitoring, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate complex data, identify trends and risks, and translate findings into clear insights.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with a track record of clearly presenting findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
