About the Role

Allseps is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead its day-to-day manufacturing and packaging operations.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will lead production teams while driving performance across safety, quality, output and efficiency. This is a hands-on leadership prospect to develop high-performing teams, optimise manufacturing processes and make a measurable impact on operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead daily manufacturing and packaging operations to achieve production schedules, output targets and customer requirements.
- Manage and develop Supervisors, Line Leaders and Operators, fostering accountability, teamwork, safety and high performance.
- Monitor production KPIs including output, downtime, yield and waste, identifying opportunities to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
- Maintain high standards of product quality, food safety and regulatory compliance, including GMP and HACCP requirements.
- Partner with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse and Procurement to maintain equipment reliability,



material availability and efficient production flow.
- Support continuous improvement and New Product Development initiatives, including production trials, scale-up and process improvements.

About You We are looking for an experienced manufacturing leader with a strong background in food & beverage manufacturing and the ability to successfully manage people, production performance and changing operational priorities.

- 5+ years’ experience in production or manufacturing leadership within the food & beverage manufacturing industry, ideally at Production Manager, Manufacturing Manager or equivalent level.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of high-volume manufacturing, production scheduling, labour planning and process control.
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing Supervisors, Team Leaders and frontline production teams.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, GMP, HACCP, quality systems and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to use production data and KPIs to improve efficiency, reduce downtime and waste, increase yield and drive continuous improvement.
- Experience in confectionery or gummy manufacturing, particularly starch moulding/mogul operations, would be highly regarded; relevant tertiary qualifications would also be advantageous.
