You’ll have the backing of a genuinely talented team and the autonomy to go and do what you do best – build relationships, grow accounts, and bring in the kind of events people remember.

What the role looks like:

- Owning and growing a group of high-value client accounts – nurturing the relationships and driving the revenue behind them.
- Developing new business – turning enquiries, referrals and your own network into long-term partnerships.
- Leading the pitch and the proposal, scoping solutions that are technically sharp and commercially smart.




- Being the trusted advisor from first conversation to post-event debrief – and the reason clients come back.
- Working shoulder to shoulder with our production teams so everything you promise is delivered flawlessly.

You’ll bring:

- Enough hands-on production knowledge to earn a client’s trust and hold your own on the technical detail.
- A genuine interest in growing current business, paired with the care to look after the clients you’ve already got.
- The presence and polish to manage senior stakeholders and a large, high-value portfolio.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a current driver’s licence with your own vehicle.
