Programs Coordinator – Youth, Health & Community Programs

$45 per hour + super

Glebe, Sydney

Temporary role until February 2027

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, hybrid working

We are partnering with a leading national health organisation to recruit a Programs Coordinator to support the coordination and delivery of national programs for young people and their families.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating the end to end delivery of national youth programs and initiatives.
- Managing program schedules, logistics, resources and competing priorities.
- Building strong relationships with young people, families, schools, healthcare professionals, community organisations and other stakeholders.
- Coordinating staff, volunteers and external service providers involved in program delivery.
- Supporting the delivery of workshops, leadership programs and other youth engagement initiatives.
- Assisting with program budgets, reporting and evaluation.
- Collecting and analysing program data to measure outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement.




- Developing and delivering engaging program and educational content.

About you:

- Experience coordinating health, community, youth, wellbeing or similar programs.
- Experience working with children, adolescents and/or families.
- Solid project or program coordination skills, including planning, delivery, reporting and evaluation.
- Confidence coordinating multiple stakeholders, staff, volunteers and/or service providers.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- An understanding of safeguarding, risk management and health and safety when delivering programs for young people.
- Confidence engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders and facilitating program or educational content.

Experience within health, NFP, community services, youth development or health promotion would be highly regarded, as would exposure to chronic disease management or programs involving camps, workshops or community engagement.
