Key Responsibilities

- Responsibility and accountability for ensuring that all project goals are achieved, all customer expectations are met or exceeded.
- Lead the planning, coordination and management of program operations, including subcontract management, risk management and budget, including future growth.
- Lead, motivate and develop the program team, some of which are geographically dispersed
- Coordination of project deliverables.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

- Relevant tertiary qualification (or equivalent experience) is required.




- Demonstrated skills in financial cost control.
- Advanced to expert knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes and projects.
- Ability to translate strategic vision into actionable outcomes.
- Proven high standard of written and verbal communication skills.
- Desirable – experience in solution and proposal development, including the financial and commercial aspects of a proposal.

- Desirable – prior experience on Defence acquisition and sustainment support contracts
- Successful candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Negative Vetting Level 1 Security clearance as needed. Eligibility can be found at https://www.agsva.gov.au/applicants/eligibility-suitability
