Genus Industrial Services is seeking an organised and motivated Project Administrator to support the delivery of the Koolunga Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) Project in South Australia.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who lives in Clare, Koolunga or the surrounding region to join a major clean-energy project and support the site team throughout project delivery.

The Role

Working closely with the project and site teams, you will provide day-to-day administrative support and help ensure project activities, documentation and mobilisation requirements are coordinated effectively.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

- Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and recording minutes.
- Managing project documentation, correspondence and filing systems.
- Assisting with project schedules, reporting and resource coordination.
- Acting as the primary contact for subcontractor mobilisation.
- Maintaining accurate employee and subcontractor records.
- Supporting onboarding, compliance and general site administration.
- Liaising with project personnel, subcontractors and internal departments.
- Monitoring administrative deadlines and following up outstanding actions.
- Providing general support to the Project Manager and wider delivery team.

About You To Be Successful In This Position, You Will Have

- Previous experience in a project administration or site administration role.
- Experience within construction, infrastructure, energy or a similar project workplace.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.




- The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Confidence working independently and collaboratively within a project team.
- Proficiency across Microsoft Office programs and electronic document-management systems.
- A current Construction White Card.
- Current First Aid certification.
- A current driver’s licence and reliable transport.
- The ability to travel for project-related training during October 2026.
