Character building setting. Remote. Isolated. Logistically difficult The commute in and out is clunky- which is why the roster is set to 4 weeks on 2 weeks off.

A long way from anywhere. Not the kind of place you can pack up your bat and ball and head home at a moments notice.

You'll need to be level-headed. Reliable. Consistent in how you show up, day in, day out . The kind of person who can be counted on

Capacity to work as part of a team is a critical quality on this gig.
