About the Company
Harrison Barratt Group is partnering with a well-regarded, design-led fit-out and refurbishment contractor delivering high-quality commercial interiors across Sydney. Known for the calibre of their work and a tight, capable delivery team, they're now looking to bring on an experienced Project Manager to support a strong pipeline
About the Position
As Project Manager, you'll report to the Construction Director and work alongside an established project and site team to deliver multiple commercial fit-out projects across Sydney, from early planning through to handover. Projects typically range in value from $1m to $30m and span a mix of sectors and live environments
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end project delivery from procurement through to handover
- Manage and support the project and site team across multiple jobs
- Own budget control, forecasting and monthly cost reporting
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout delivery
- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants and stakeholders, keeping communication clear across the project
- Ensure quality, programme and WHS compliance on every project
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience delivering commercial fit-out, refurbishment and/or D&C; projects
- Strong commercial and financial management capability
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple live projects simultaneously
- Experience leading subcontractors and project teams
- Strong understanding of Australian construction practices and WHS requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management or a related discipline (desired)
