We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a busy construction team delivering a range of commercial and retail fit out projects across Western Sydney.

This is a great opportunity for a hands-on Project Manager who enjoys being site-based, managing projects from the ground up and working closely with clients, subcontractors and consultants to ensure successful delivery.

The Role You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of commercial and retail fit out projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include

- Managing the delivery of commercial and retail fit out projects
- Overseeing day-to-day site operations and subcontractor performance
- Managing project programmes, budgets, quality and safety
- Coordinating trades, consultants, suppliers and key stakeholders
- Liaising directly with clients and providing regular project updates




- Managing variations, procurement and project documentation
- Identifying and resolving issues to keep projects on track
- Ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard and within agreed timeframes

We are looking for a practical and proactive Project Manager with a solid background in commercial construction.

You will ideally have

- Proven experience delivering commercial fit out projects
- Retail fit out experience highly desirable
- Strong site management and subcontractor coordination skills
- Excellent understanding of construction programmes and project delivery
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of project outcomes
- Relevant construction qualifications and experience
