We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of project delivery from post-sales handover through to successful completion. This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for client satisfaction, program management, commercial performance, and cross-functional coordination across multiple stakeholders.

About the Role

As Project Manager, you will be the primary point of accountability for project outcomes. You will coordinate internal stakeholders, manage client expectations, drive design and production readiness, oversee commercial performance, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and profitably.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the client relationship from project handover through to successful project completion.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all client communications, approvals, and escalations.
- Develop, manage, and maintain integrated project schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate design, procurement, production, logistics,



and installation activities across the project lifecycle.
- Drive the completion, review, and approval of design documentation and production-ready deliverables.
- Manage project budgets, cost control, forecasting, and margin performance.
- Identify, negotiate, and secure variations, claims, and commercial outcomes.
- Manage project risks, contractual obligations, quality requirements, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead cross-functional team collaboration, providing clear direction, accountability, and problem resolution.
- Ensure all client approvals, project milestones, and deliverables are achieved in line with scope, budget, and program commitments.

- Experience coordinating design, procurement, manufacturing, construction, or installation activities.
- Strong understanding of project scheduling and program management.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.
- High attention to detail with strong organisational skills.




- Experience working within contractually driven project environments.
