Lead Project Manager – SaaS Implementations

Process Panda | Brisbane CBD | Full Time | $125,000–$180,000

Process Panda is looking for an experienced, commercially minded Lead Project Manager to take ownership of our Project Management practice and lead the successful delivery of SaaS implementation projects for our customers.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll manage projects from initiation through to go-live while also helping us refine our project delivery methodology, governance, tools and ways of working.

About the role

Working closely with our consulting, resource, and engagement teams, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that customer projects are delivered efficiently, predictably, and commercially.

You will

- Lead our Project Management practice and help establish and refine delivery best practices.
- Own customer projects from planning and initiation through to go-live.
- Manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies and project outcomes.
- Maintain strong commercial discipline around scope, effort and project burn.
- Identify risks, delays and additional effort early and drive appropriate action.
- Manage change requests and ensure work outside agreed scope is identified and controlled.
- Facilitate project meetings, workshops and stakeholder updates.
- Provide clear project reporting, schedules, risk registers and governance.
- Build strong customer relationships and confidently manage difficult delivery or commercial conversations.
- Mentor and support other team members involved in project delivery.

About you

We’re looking for someone with:
- 5–10 years of Project Management experience, ideally delivering technology or SaaS implementations.
- Experience working vendor-side or within a Professional Services organisation, delivering projects to external customers.
- Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of the relationship between scope, effort,



utilisation and project profitability.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation and negotiation skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects, priorities and deadlines.
- Strong project governance and reporting capabilities.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall and/or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- The confidence and drive to take ownership of a Project Management practice and improve how projects are delivered.

PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM or similar certification will be highly regarded.

Experience delivering SaaS, ITSM or Enterprise Service Management platforms would also be advantageous.
