Position Overview: We are looking for a passionate and highly motivated Project Manager to join our team and take ownership of delivering premium AV, cinema and home automation projects across Melbourne. This is a dedicated project management role, but we want someone who remains enthusiastic and hands-on, willing to jump in on the tools when required to ensure projects are delivered to the standard our company and clients expect.

This role calls for someone confident and capable of taking charge of a project independently, with the communication, problem-solving and time management skills to keep multiple projects on track. You'll lead as a mentor, not a dictator, bringing the best out of your team while working collaboratively as part of it, and you'll uphold our reputation for exceptional workmanship, ensuring client and stakeholder satisfaction is never compromised.

Essential Requirements: Applicants must hold the following, without exception.

- Qualified “A-Grade” Victorian Licensed Electrician
- Working With Children Check (WWCC)




- Victorian Security License
- Cabling License
- Current manual driver's licence
- Proficient in computer processing, particularly the Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent social and interpersonal skills, with patience and a genuinely high level of care
- A strong drive for client deliverability, satisfaction and outcomes

Desirable Skills & Experience:

- Understanding and use of AI tools
- Understanding of social media requirements
- Excavator and/or forklift license
- Experience in, and passion for, cinema and audio-visual systems is highly favourable

Work Environment & Benefits:

As a valued member of our team the Project Manager will be supplied with Company Vehicle (Manual), Phone and Laptop.

This role can largely be managed remotely, with regular requirement to attend our Woori Yallock HQ & Warehouse facility, as well as on-site visits to wide-ranging client locations across Metro Melbourne and surrounding suburbs. Flexibility in working hours may be required to meet project deadlines.
