Role Description The Project Sales Specialist is a full-time role and can based at any of our branches across SE QLD. This position is responsible for managing project-based sales opportunities from initial enquiry through to completion, including scoping client needs, preparing quotations, and coordinating delivery of irrigation and pumping solutions.

The role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients across a range of industries depending on your expertise. From agriculture to commercial, industrial, municipal we have a broad existing customer base to serve.

Day-to-day activities include tracking project timelines, aligning internal and external stakeholders, updating CRM or sales systems, and preparing sales reports and forecasts. The Project Sales Specialist will also support business development initiatives, contribute to tender and proposal documentation,



and ensure projects align with company standards and client expectations.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated Project Sales and Sales experience, with the ability to manage end-to-end project opportunities.
- Solid Communication skills, including explicit oral and written communication and effective stakeholder engagement.
- Proven Customer Service skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships and delivering responsive support.
- Practical Project Management capabilities, including planning, prioritizing tasks, and overseeing timelines and deliverables.
- Knowledge of irrigation, pumping, or agricultural products and systems is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with CRM software, sales reporting tools, and basic MS Office applications.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally for site visits and customer meetings as required.
- Relevant qualification in business, sales, engineering, agriculture, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
