An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Property Manager to join a well-established and supportive real estate agency located in Chatswood.

This is a Monday to Friday role managing a tidy portfolio of approximately 150 properties, offering strong support, systems, and a genuine focus on work-life balance.

About the Role

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a residential portfolio, ensuring exceptional service is delivered to both landlords and tenants.

Key responsibilities include

- Manage a residential portfolio of approx. 150 properties
- Liaise with landlords and tenants regarding all property matters
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with trusted contractors
- Oversee lease renewals and tenancy compliance
- Handle tenancy matters in line with legislation
- Work closely with leasing and administration support

About You

- Previous experience in residential property management
- Strong understanding of tenancy legislation




- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with solid attention to detail
- Ability to manage a portfolio independently
- Positive, professional, and customer-focused approach
- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
