Our Property Management Department is on the search for a dynamic property manager to join our team at Elders Shailer Park!

What you will need:
- A current Registration Certificate
- A reliable car and valid driver’s license
- Team player with a can do attitude
- Excellent communication and a drive to succeed

Duties:
- Address owner and/or tenant concerns, including organisation of maintenance, mediation, insurance claims, court hearings, etc
- Conduct inspections of properties including entries,



routine and vacate inspections
- Manage lease renewals
- All aspects/duties relating to portfolio style management
