Role Description The Property Manager role is a full-time hybrid position based in South Perth, WA, with some work-from-home flexibility. In this role, the Property Manager will oversee a residential property portfolio, including coordinating tenant onboarding, managing lease agreements, and handling rent collection and arrears follow-up. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting property inspections, arranging and monitoring maintenance and repairs, and ensuring properties comply with relevant regulations and standards.

The Property





Manager will maintain regular communication with property owners and tenants, provide clear updates on property performance, and respond promptly to inquiries and issues. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, using property management systems, and contributing to process improvements that enhance service quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

- Strong residential property management skills, including leasing, rent collection, and tenancy management.
- Experience with property inspections, maintenance coordination, and compliance with relevant real estate regulations.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with owners, tenants, and contractors.
- Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple properties, deadlines, and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency with property management software and basic digital tools (email, spreadsheets, databases).
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to address issues quickly and accurately.
- Previous experience in residential property management or real estate is highly beneficial.
- Relevant real estate or property management certification or license in Western Australia is an advantage.
- Ability to work both on-site in South Perth, WA and remotely, with a qualified, self-directed work style.
