The Opportunities

- Deliver a premium customer experience for landlords, tenants and residents
- Manage day-to-day property management responsibilities, including leasing, routine inspections, arrears, renewals and tenancy matters
- Maintain accurate records, compliance requirements and reporting
- Build trusted relationships with owners through proactive communication and exceptional service
- Coordinate maintenance and ensure matters are followed through efficiently
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure the smooth operation of portfolios and residential complexes
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and service across all interactions

About You

- Previous experience within residential property management
- Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate
- Strong working knowledge of QLD tenancy legislation
- Confident managing relationships with landlords, tenants and key stakeholders
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Organised, proactive and capable of managing competing priorities
- A genuine passion for delivering a high level of customer service
