Property Manager

Take ownership of property operations and site relationships across a national retail portfolio.

An exciting opportunity exists for an organised and commercially minded Property Manager to join a growing multi-site business.

This role is hands on and responsible for managing landlord and stakeholder relationships, coordinating property administration activities, supporting site performance initiatives, and assisting with the ongoing growth of the portfolio.

Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you will have end to end responsibility for Property, play a key role in ensuring sites operate efficiently, landlord requirements are met, and opportunities for improvement and expansion are identified and actioned.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage relationships with shopping centres, landlords and property contacts.
- Coordinate and respond to landlord requests and enquiries.
- Maintain lease, licence and property records and documentation.
- Assist with lease renewals, variation requests and new site administration.
- Coordinate site inspections and gather information for potential new locations.
- Monitor site performance and identify opportunities to improve results.
- Work with operational teams to support site relocations, upgrades and new installations.
- Follow up property-related issues and ensure actions are completed on time.
- Prepare reports, updates and recommendations for management.
- Support the ongoing growth and optimisation of the property portfolio.

You will ideally have

- Experience in retail property management, retail leasing, shopping centre management, retail operations or a similar role.
- Strong internal and external stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Confidence working with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership of tasks.
- Sound commercial awareness and a practical, solutions-focused mindset.
