The Role

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you'll play an important role in driving quality, consistency and customer outcomes across our Customer Service and Solutions teams. Working closely with leaders and frontline teams, you'll conduct quality reviews, identify improvement opportunities and provide coaching that helps build capability while strengthening compliance and operational performance. This permanent opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys analysing processes, influencing positive change and helping others succeed.

- Conduct quality assurance reviews to assess adherence to policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Identify trends, process gaps and opportunities to improve customer and business outcomes.
- Provide feedback, coaching and guidance to support capability development across operational teams.
- Investigate quality issues and recommend practical remediation and improvement initiatives.
- Support the ongoing development and enhancement of quality assurance frameworks and processes.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability and operational excellence.

About You You're analytical, detail-oriented and passionate about helping teams improve. You enjoy identifying opportunities for better outcomes and have the confidence to provide constructive feedback that supports both performance and development.

- Bring experience in quality assurance, compliance, risk, auditing or a similar operational role.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.




- Have the ability to interpret policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate confidently and provide clear, constructive feedback.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the business.
- Identify trends and translate insights into practical improvement opportunities.
