Quality Assurance Specialist – Max-Term (up to 24-month Contract)

Location: Parramatta

Salary Range: $109,000-$115,000 Total Package

The Role

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you'll play an important role in driving quality, consistency and customer outcomes across our Customer Service and Solutions teams. This contract opportunity will see you work closely with leaders and frontline teams to conduct quality reviews, support capability uplift and identify opportunities that strengthen customer experience, compliance and operational performance.

- Conduct quality assurance reviews to assess adherence to policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Identify trends, process gaps and opportunities to improve customer and business outcomes.
- Provide feedback, coaching and guidance to support capability development across operational teams.
- Investigate quality issues and recommend practical remediation and improvement initiatives.
- Support the ongoing development and enhancement of quality assurance frameworks and processes.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability and operational excellence.

About You You're analytical, detail-oriented and passionate about helping teams improve. You enjoy identifying opportunities for better outcomes and have the confidence to provide constructive feedback that supports both performance and development.

- Bring experience in quality assurance, compliance, risk, auditing or a similar operational role.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Have the ability to interpret policies,



procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate confidently and provide clear, constructive feedback.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the business.
- Identify trends and translate insights into practical improvement opportunities.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Thrive in an environment focused on continuous improvement and customer outcomes.
