? We’re Hiring: Quantitative Analyst | Quantitative Research Analyst

? Employment Type: Full-Time

? Level: Entry-Level to Mid-Level

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Quantitative Analyst / Quantitative Research Analyst to support quantitative research, financial analysis, statistical modeling, and data-driven decision-making. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in mathematics, statistics, finance, economics, programming, or data analysis who are passionate about financial markets and quantitative research.

? Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement quantitative models to analyze financial markets, investment opportunities, and business performance.
- Conduct quantitative research using statistical, mathematical, and computational methods.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, correlations, and potential investment opportunities.
- Perform statistical analysis, forecasting, backtesting, and model validation.
- Build financial models, quantitative strategies, and analytical frameworks.
- Research market trends, asset performance, industry developments, and economic indicators.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines, analytical tools, and research models.
- Evaluate model performance and continuously improve quantitative methodologies.
- Support investment research and data-driven decision-making processes.
- Prepare quantitative reports, research findings, dashboards, and presentations.
- Monitor market data and relevant financial indicators on an ongoing basis.
- Collaborate with investment, research, technology, and data teams on quantitative projects.





✅ Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of statistics, probability, financial analysis, and mathematical modeling.
- Experience with Python, R, MATLAB, SQL, or other programming languages is preferred.
- Knowledge of financial markets, quantitative finance, investment research, or data science is an advantage.
- Experience working with large datasets and analytical tools.
- Strong research, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Ability to translate complex quantitative analysis into clear and actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced workplace.
- Fresh graduates with strong quantitative, mathematical, or technical backgrounds are welcome to apply.
