Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales Agent role based in Melbourne, VIC.

The Real Estate Sales

Agent will represent residential and commercial properties with a focus on environmentally conscious and sustainable developments. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting for clients, conducting property inspections, preparing and presenting listings, and advising clients through the buying and selling process. The agent will coordinate negotiations, manage sales documentation,



and ensure compliance with local regulations and agency policies. The role also involves building strong relationships within the community, collaborating with colleagues on marketing initiatives, and promoting Earth’s Agents’ sustainability values in all client interactions.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in Real Estate Sales and general Real Estate practice
- Valid Real Estate License (or eligibility to obtain one) in Victoria
- Strong Customer Service skills, including client relationship building and client care
- Proven Sales skills, including negotiation, closing, and pipeline management
- Knowledge of local Melbourne property market; interest in sustainable and green building practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse clients
- Ability to work in office, manage multiple listings, and maintain accurate documentation
- Basic proficiency with real estate CRM systems and digital marketing tools is beneficial
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to Earth’s Agents’ environmental values
