A diverse and rewarding position has become available in our successful and growing team for a Property Manager. Must have a proactive attitude, exceptional customer service and be able to multi-task. The successful applicant will be required to manage all aspects of residential property management including landlord and tenant engagement, property repairs and maintenance, inspections, arrears and management reporting.

- Competence in computer use, outstanding communication and negotiation skills as well as excellence in time management are essential.
- Experience with Ailo or similar property management software is desirable.
- Proven team work and self reliance skills are a must.
- Current Class 2 Licence or Certificate of Registration in real estate and real estate experience is preferable but not essential.
- Current drivers licence and reliable vehicle essential.
