Full-Time Receptionist – Arafura Crash Repairs

Arafura Crash Repairs | Winnellie, NT Arafura Crash Repairs is a busy and rapid-paced panel repair business based in Winnellie. We are looking for a reliable, organised and friendly Full time Receptionist to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, can stay calm under pressure and is confident managing a busy front office environment.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play an important role in ensuring our customers receive friendly, professional service from the moment they walk through the door.

Your responsibilities will include

- Greeting customers and providing professional customer service
- Answering and directing phone calls and enquiries
- Booking vehicles in for repairs and managing appointments
- Liaising with customers, insurance companies and repairers
- Opening and closing repair jobs and maintaining accurate records
- Following up customers regarding vehicle repairs and collection
- Processing paperwork and general administration
- Managing emails and day-to-day reception duties
- Keeping the reception and customer areas organised




- Assisting the workshop team with administrative tasks
- Working efficiently in a busy, fast-paced workplace

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

- Friendly, professional and approachable
- Highly organised with solid attention to detail
- Confident communicating with customers both in person and over the phone
- Able to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment
- Reliable, punctual and works well as part of a team
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Previous automotive, panel shop, insurance or reception experience is highly regarded, but not essential for the right person
