ASB & Associates is a long-established, locally owned accounting firm in Wagga Wagga. We’re seeking an enthusiastic and organised person to join our professional team in an Administration role. This role offers the opportunity to complete a Business Administration Traineeship. This rewarding position involves delivering excellent client service and administrative support in a busy office. Previous experience not required.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

- Welcoming and assisting clients in reception.
- Handling and directing inbound phone calls.
- Scheduling appointments for clientele and managing staff calendars.
- Drafting and typing correspondence.
- Scanning, printing and filing.
- Processing and receipting invoices.
- Distribution of mail and deliveries.




- Regular stock ordering of office supplies and maintaining a tidy office.
- Use of Excel, Xero and other business applications.

A successful candidate would be someone who:

- Has a current Driver Licence and reliable vehicle.
- Is a dedicated team member and wants to grow.
- Has a qualified appearance and attire.
- Can work and thrive in a team environment.
- Is well- spoken and has a warm and friendly nature.
- Has excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Has attention to detail.
- Has proficient computer skills (Previous experience of Xero, Outlook and Excel is an advantage but not a requirement).
- Is well organised and has exceptional time management skills.
- Is wishing to develop their career in a supportive environment.
