We're looking for a professional, friendly and customer-focused Receptionist to join our Sydney CBD office on a temporary basis.

Working as part of a two-person reception team, you'll play an important role in creating a warm and professional experience for our clients, visitors, barristers and business partners.

The Opportunity

As one of the first people our clients meet, you'll represent Law Partners with warmth, professionalism and confidence.

You'll work alongside another receptionist and be part of a supportive team, ensuring our reception function runs smoothly while providing a high level of service to everyone who walks through our doors or contacts the firm.

Your day will include:

- Welcoming clients, visitors, barristers, solicitors and other guests
- Answering and directing incoming telephone calls professionally and efficiently
- Managing enquiries and ensuring they reach the right team promptly
- Coordinating meeting rooms and visitor arrivals
- Maintaining a welcoming, organised and professional reception setting
- Providing administrative support across the business as required
- Working closely with the wider team to ensure a smooth office experience
- Delivering exceptional service with empathy, patience and professionalism

About You





You don't necessarily need previous reception experience. We're looking for someone who is confident, personable and genuinely enjoys working with people.

Your background might be in reception, administration, hospitality, retail, customer service or another people-focused environment.

You'll bring:
