About the Role The Recoveries Claims Specialist provides operational and technical support to the Chubb Recoveries Team, ensuring all activities are carried out in line with Chubb’s compliance and regulatory requirements. You will manage a portfolio of subrogation and recovery matters across all lines of business, helping to drive effective outcomes and support the wider team.
In this role, you will:
- Manage a portfolio of subrogation recovery claims for Chubb and/or regional entities.
- Communicate and negotiate effectively with third parties to maximize recovery results.
- Monitor claims to ensure timely development, disposition, and proper documentation in the recovery system.
- Negotiate compromise settlements where appropriate and comply with the Insurance Contracts Act and all relevant regulations.
