The Role

Our People & Capability team is growing, and we're looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join the People team at Brisbane HQ.

Reporting into our Talent Partner, you'll take ownership of a retail store portfolio across ANZ. You will partner closely with Store Leaders and Regional Leaders to deliver great, on-brand candidates into our business. This is a high-volume role that calls for the ability to multitask, manage candidate care, and deliver exceptional service to your stakeholders ensuring that everyone feels supported and kept informed at every step.

This role offers genuine scope for growth. As your brand experience builds, you'll be developed to support the Talent Partner with recruitment for our HQ teams.

What You'll Do

- Recruitment sourcing, screening, and coordinating through to offer




- Build and keep candidate pipelines warm through job ads, referrals, and our own talent pools
- Run structured phone screens that get to the heart of what a role and store need
- Coordinate interviews, reference checks, and right-to-work compliance
- Quote correct salary and incentive information and keep our systems and records accurate and up to date
- Make every candidate feel the Lorna Jane difference
