As a Recruitment Specialist in the Education & Training sector, you will play a pivotal role in attracting and selecting top talent to support our organisational goals. Based in North Strathfield, New South Wales, this permanent full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our educational initiatives. Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings to ensure candidate suitability.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information in the applicant tracking system.




- Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and professional networks to source potential candidates.
- Assist in the development of job descriptions and specifications.
- Provide training and support to hiring managers on recruitment processes and techniques.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the education sector.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Robust organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
