We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a leading residential builder delivering landmark high-rise developments across the Gold Coast.

This opportunity will suit a Project Manager with experience delivering $200M+ residential or mixed-use projects, looking to join a business with a strong pipeline of premium developments.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead projects from commencement through to completion
- Manage programme, budget, procurement, and commercial outcomes
- Coordinate consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Drive safety, quality, and project performance
- Mentor project teams and ensure successful delivery

What We're Looking For

- Proven Project Manager experience on $200M+ projects
- High-rise residential or mixed-use experience highly regarded




- Strong commercial and leadership capability
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
