About the Role

We're looking for dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. To support the residents overnight. Working within a supportive and collaborative care environment, you'll deliver high-quality, person-centred clinical care while building strong relationships with residents, families, and team members.

What You'll Do

- Deliver safe, effective and person-centred clinical care
- Complete resident assessments, care planning and clinical documentation
- Administer medications and monitor resident health outcomes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, residents and families
- Support and mentor care team members to deliver exceptional care
- Contribute to continuous improvement and quality care initiatives
