Ochre Health Claremont has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to step into a newly evolving leadership-focused role as an integral part of an exciting new medical centre that they will be moving into in the upcoming months.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team while having the chance to make your mark on their recent treatment room spaces, providing feedback, identifying solutions and helping shape how clinical care is delivered within the new centre. Rather than simply stepping into an established nursing role, you will have an opportunity to help influence how the new treatment rooms operate, contribute ideas and support high standards of clinical care from the outset.

The successful applicant will bring strong clinical expertise, leadership skills and a genuine care factor, with the opportunity to make a lasting impact on both patients and the team. This role will suit an experienced RN who enjoys taking initiative, working collaboratively and being part of building something new.

The Position:

This is more than a standard nursing role — it is your chance to inspire, innovate and help shape the way care is delivered in their new centre.

You will:

- Work with the Regional Nursing Support Manager to provide co-ordination of new treatment rooms whilst ensuring high standards of patient and clinical care.
- Partner with GPs and practice managers to deliver safe, efficient and patient-centred care every day.




- Drive quality improvement initiatives, particularly in Chronic Condition Management (CCM) and Health Assessments.
- Oversee compliance, documentation and best practice clinical standards.

You will have:

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- 5+ years' post-graduate experience.
- GP nursing experience highly regarded.
- Strong leadership, organisation and collaboration skills.
- Full Australian work rights — sponsorship is not available for this position.
