What you'll be doing In this rewarding role, you will provide high-quality,



individualised nursing care to patients while supporting positive clinical outcomes and enhancing the patient experience. You will utilise your clinical expertise to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care within a busy and agile healthcare environment.

- Deliver safe, productive and person-centred care that meets the needs of patients and their families or carers
- Assess patient needs, respond to changing clinical situations and escalate care when required
- Coordinate referrals and discharge planning to support continuity of care
- Mentor, supervise and support nursing staff and students on clinical placement
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to advocate for patients and ensure optimal health outcomes

Essential Criteria

- Registration: Current Registration as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Selection Criteria

- Demonstrated recent nursing experience relevant to the position and commitment to quality improvement,



practice development and evidence-based practice
- Demonstrated application of evidence based practice and critical thinking to patient care
- Demonstrated ability to lead, supervise, delegate, and negotiate with others to deliver quality nursing care
- Demonstrated effective clinical communication through the use of information technology, written and verbal means,; and sound interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate with a diverse range of people.
