Ozcare has a permanent part time position available for a Registered Nurse supporting our clients at our beautiful Parkwood Gardens Aged Care Facility.Your RoleAs a Registered Nurse you will be looking after the most key people in our organisation - our clients. Your tasks will include:Co-ordination of client care needs, including assessment, case management and developing individualised Care PlanAssisting the clinical management team with AN-ACC documentation and comprehensive assessmentsProviding support and supervision of Care AssistantsLiaising with clients and their significant others, and members of a multidisciplinary team to achieve positive client outcomes Your AttributesWe are looking for a person who has what it takes to make a difference in our client's lives.
