What you'll be doing

Practicing and promoting safe, efficient and effective nursing care that reflects current standards of nursing practices and current Mid North Coast Local Health District policies and procedures.

About You

You present yourself as a registered nurse who meets the professional standards of the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and applies well‑developed nursing skills across both outpatient and acute hospital settings. You draw on strong clinical knowledge and practical capability to deliver safe, effective care, using sound problem‑solving to assess needs, respond to changing situations and maximise patient outcomes. Your communication is consistently clear and purposeful, whether you are documenting care, using clinical technologies or engaging with patients, families and colleagues.

You work confidently within a multidisciplinary environment, coordinating care with a focus on outcomes, continuity and the individual needs of each patient. You also demonstrate reliability and flexibility through your commitment to a seven‑day rotating roster that includes night duty, weekends and public holidays.
