About the role
Scope Psychology Services Australia is a neurodevelopmental psychology practice based in Norman Park, Brisbane. We work exclusively with individuals with neurodevelopmental conditions: ADHD, autism, specific learning disorders, intellectual disability, across the lifespan. Assessment and therapy. This is our entire focus.
We're looking for two registered psychologists to join our therapy team on a permanent, salaried basis for 3 to 4 days per week, hybrid across in-clinic and telehealth.
What the role involves
Therapy with individuals who have neurodevelopmental conditions, often with co-occurring mental health presentations and functional limitations that require clinical flexibility and careful thinking. You'll work within a neuro-affirming framework, with regualr, structured supervision from senior clinicians who specialise in this population.
What Scope offers
We run a 100% salaried employment model. Your income is predictable. Your administration time is protected - 35% of your working hours are reserved for non-billable work as standard. A full admin team manages your bookings, invoices, and cancellations.
Total remuneration package: $122,650 – $140,650 per annum (pro rata)
Hourly rate: $48.08 – $60.73
Package includes: 4 weeks annual leave, 2 weeks personal leave, Paid birthday leave, Portable long service leave, 12% superannuation, $500 annual PD fund, Salary sacrificing and novated vehicle leasing, Eligibility for up to $46,800 in bonus payments per annum (pro rata)
What we're looking for
- Full AHPRA registration as a psychologist
- Experience with complex presentations in disability, child development, community health, or NDIS settings
- Therapy as your primary skill base
- Genuine interest in neurodevelopmental practice and clinical development
