- If you are not a builder yet, this could be your pathway to become a registered builder.

This role would be ideal for someone who is very experienced in the renovation of residential homes in Melbourne. You will need to be able to work confidently and autonomously, and lead others when required.

You will need to have the ability to run and job from start to finish.

We are a residential based renovation company, working predominantly on apartments and houses in Caulfield / South Yarra / Brighton areas.

It is very common that we are working with houses that are solely brickwork.

If you have experience working with properties like this, you should definitely apply.

- We have a team of 2 Project Managers, 1 Project Support, 1 Carpenter, 2 Tiling teams, and 1 Painting team. With many supporting external trades to fill in the gaps.

Given the nature of our work is residential renovations, if you have talents beyond carpentry, this is preferred for this role. As work outside of carpentry often comes off throughout the job, as this is just the nature of renovations.
- Salary dependent on building industry experience

- You need to be confident interpreting architectural plans and structural drawings accurately.
- You will be working closely with the Project Manager & Site Team on a daily basis.

At the moment,



most of our work is residential renovations. However, we are expanding into the commercial space within the next year, we have already started taking on smaller commercial projects.

We will still continue to complete residential projects after our expansion.

- We’re looking for a highly experienced and qualified renovation carpenter to join our team.

- What You’ll Need

- Fully qualified carpenter with 10+ years of experience (15+ preferred)
- Solid experience in residential renovations.
- Proven ability to run a job from start to finish.
- Ideally skills outside of carpentry.
- Own full set of tools and work vehicle (negotiable)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Decent computer skills (emailing with outlook, documents, project management software)
- Ideally experience with Wunderbuild. (project management software)
- Certificate III in Carpentry & White Card

- What the Role Involves

- Renovation of residential homes in Caulfield / South Yarra / Brighton areas.
- Working 5 days on site, full-time. Occasional office visits may be required.
- Collaboration with the Project Manager and wider project team on daily basis.
