We are currently looking for experienced and reliable Fencers and Floor Installers for ongoing local projects across the Perth Metro area, starting immediately!

What We're Looking For:

- Colourbond Fence installer

- Vinyl, Carpet and Tiler Installer

What We Offer:

- Multiple positions on offer

- Pay rate: $55.00 per hour + penalties and travel allowance

- Working hours: Monday/ Friday 8 hour days - Occasional Saturdays from 8am-2pm

- Immediate starts available

- Location: Perth Metro

- Weekly pay

- Duration: Ongoing work with the prospect for full-time hours

Job Scope: Residential maintenance

Flooring Installer:

- Remove and dispose of existing flooring where required

- Prepare and level floor surfaces prior to installation

- Install vinyl flooring, carpet and floor tiles.

- Measure, cut and install flooring to required areas.

- Install carpet underlay, trims, transitions and skirting where required.

- Complete tile preparation, adhesive application, laying, grouting and finishing.

Fencer:

- Measure and prepare fencing areas for installation.





- Remove existing fencing where required.

- Supply and install Colourbond fencing, including posts, rails, sheets and capping.

- Cut and install fencing around corners, boundaries and existing structures.

- Ensure fencing is level, secure and finished to a high standard.

- Clean and remove all waste materials from the work area.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience

- Valid driver's license

- Construction card

- Reliable transport

- All trades need to provide their own tooling

- Ability to complete pre-start checks and maintain vehicle cleanliness

- Will need to complete an online induction prior to commencing

- National police clearance

- Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol screening
