About the role
As Store Manager, you’ll take ownership of the successful opening and ongoing performance of Green Cup’s new Perth store. This hands-on leadership role is suited to an energetic and commercially minded hospitality manager who is excited to build a high-performing team and establish Green Cup in a new market.

As we continue to grow, we’re preparing to open our first Perth location. This is an exciting opportunity to join Green Cup at a key stage of our expansion and help bring the brand to a new market.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, train and develop a high-performing team
- Manage the store’s day-to-day operations
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Manage rosters, wages, stock, ordering and budgets
- Drive sales, profitability and overall store performance
- Monitor key metrics, including wage percentage, productivity and cost of goods
- Maintain Green Cup’s product quality and presentation standards
- Coach and motivate the team to perform at their best
- Ensure compliance with food-safety requirements, workplace policies and company procedures
- Build local brand awareness and establish Green Cup within the Perth community
What we are looking for
- At least two years of experience in a hospitality management or senior leadership role
- Experience in a café, quick-service restaurant or fast-paced food environment
- A proven ability to recruit, lead and develop a solid team
- Experience managing rosters, wages, stock and store performance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A hands-on and proactive leadership style
- A strong focus on customer service, product quality and presentation
- Availability to complete approximately one month of training in Melbourne before the store opens
