The iconic Regatta Hotel is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead The Boatshed, our premium dining restaurant in Toowong.

This is an opportunity for a hands-on hospitality leader who loves outstanding food, exceptional service and building high-performing teams.

The Role

You'll take ownership of The Boatshed's day-to-day operations, leading the front-of-house team and working closely with the Venue Manager and kitchen leadership.

You'll be responsible for

- Leading busy lunch, dinner and function services
- Coaching and developing the FOH team
- Driving exceptional guest experiences and service standards
- Managing rosters, labour costs and operational performance
- Supporting bookings, events and VIP experiences
- Driving sales, profitability and repeat visitation





About You You'll have previous Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager experience, ideally within a busy, high-volume restaurant, along with strong F&B; knowledge, people leadership skills and a genuine passion for hospitality.
