About the role and the company: Our client is a family-run business, setting the standard in quality furniture for over 50 years. Uncompromisingly quality-driven. As a Retail Sales Consultant, you'll sell premium pieces to walk-in customers in our Thomastown showroom. Meet and greet, build relationships, upsell, and close. Weekend work is part of the role.

We are looking for:





- Retail sales experience - ideally in a consultative relationship sales style. Not just transactional sales.
- Experience selling on quality, not price
- Confident selling premium products
- Strong communicator with good computer skills
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays
- Pronto POS or ability to speak is Mandarin a bonus
- Team focussed
