Aspire Early Education is seeking passionate and dedicated Room Leaders to join the opening team at our brand-new Beveridge Central centre.

Current Opportunity Room Leaders (Part-Time - Up to 37.5 hours per week) Ideal for experienced early childhood professionals who are passionate about leading teams, mentoring educators, and delivering high-quality educational programs that support children's learning and development.

About You

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Previous experience as a Room Leader or Senior Educator
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF)
- Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Positive, professional, and collaborative approach
- Availability to work on a 5-day rotating roster between 6:30am and 6:30pm
