Sales Assistant / Sales Associate – Real Estate

Location: Inner West | Full-time | Award wage + Commission

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and career-driven Sales Assistant to be mentored by an established performer in Melbourne’s inner west market.

You’ll play a vital role supporting the sales process from start to finish while developing your own knowledge and confidence to step up within the real estate industry.

The Role:

This position is structured to provide long-term career progression within a team-oriented and professional team environment.

While the role is office-based, you’ll sit at the front of the office to greet occasional visitors (typically tradespeople collecting keys). Please note this is not a receptionist position — phone calls and emails are managed centrally.

You’ll spend approximately 50% of your time in the office supporting the team with buyer management, campaign coordination, and administration tasks, and 50% on the road assisting with open homes, buyer follow-up, and listing preparation.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing end-to-end support to the sales team and contributing to campaign success
- Assisting with market appraisals, buyer follow-ups, and contract preparation
- Managing marketing materials,



database updates, and vendor communication
- Liaising with internal departments and clients in a professional manner
- Being a team player and contributing to positive office culture

About You:

We’re looking for someone enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn from experienced agents. You’ll thrive in a collaborative team environment and be ready to contribute to day-to-day success while building your own career path.

To be successful, you’ll need:

- Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (CPP41419) – Agent’s Representative
- Current driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
