An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Sales Associate to work directly alongside a highly regarded, award-winning agent.

This is a senior, hands-on position suited to an established residential sales skilled with previous sales experience who is ready to take ownership of listings, campaigns and client relationships.

You won't be required to prospect for the agent — the stock comes to the agent. Your focus will be on managing that stock, servicing clients and ensuring every campaign runs seamlessly from pre-listing through to settlement.

The Role

- Work closely with the agent to manage and service his listings and sales stock.
- Meet with vendors and prospective clients, assist with new listings and manage the pre-listing process.
- Coordinate campaigns including photography, styling, marketing and listing requirements.
- Manage vendors and buyers throughout the campaign, assisting with inspections, negotiations and buyer management.
- Take ownership of the transaction once sold, managing the process through to settlement and maintaining communication with all key stakeholders.

About You





- Minimum 5 years' experience in residential real estate sales
- Current NSW Class 2 Real Estate Licence
- Strong experience managing listings and sales campaigns from start to finish
- Excellent client-facing, communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities
- Proactive, professional and polished
- Comfortable working alongside a high-performing and demanding agent
- Genuine desire to learn from and support an industry leader
