The goal isn't to remain a Sales Associate. It's to build the skills, confidence and profile needed to progress into selling your own listings.

Duties

Become the Director's right hand person, managing buyer enquiry, following up database activity and ensuring every lead is nurtured professionally. Every conversation contributes to future business.

Coordinate open inspections, private appointments and listing preparation while supporting appraisals, marketing campaigns and the day-to-day workflow that keeps transactions moving seamlessly.

Work closely with buyers and vendors throughout the sales process,



gaining exposure to negotiations, client management and the strategies that consistently win listings.

Prospect for new business opportunities, maintain accurate CRM records and gradually build the foundations of a successful sales career.

Ideal Person

- Previous experience in residential real estate is essential.
- Current SA Certificate of Registration (or equivalent licence).
- Confident communicating with buyers, vendors and prospective clients.
- Strong organisation skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and managing pipeline activity.
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
