Your Journey Begins

- Commencement: Monday, 12 October 2026.
- Roster: This is a permanent, full-time role (37.5 hours per week), operating on a rotational basis between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. You will be required to work a Saturday shift every 1 in 4 weeks.

What You'll Be Responsible For

- Customer Interaction: Take inbound & outbound calls and provide exceptional customer service.
- Effective Communication: Utilise strong communication skills to proactively identify and convert sales opportunities.
- Performance: Meeting performance KPIs and sales targets.
- Knowledge & Compliance:



Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company processes, systems, products, and brands, adhering to all relevant company policies and procedures.
- Team Collaboration & Performance: Contribute to team success, assist colleagues, and meet individual performance targets.
