Sales & Commercial Director | Perth, WA | Executive Leadership Role An established Australian manufacturing business is seeking an experienced Sales & Commercial Director to lead its commercial strategy, sales performance and next phase of growth.

As part of the senior leadership team this role will have responsibility for driving revenue growth, strengthening key customer relationships and identifying opportunities across recent markets, customers and channels.

The Role

Key responsibilities will include

- Develop and execute the commercial and sales strategy.
- Lead, coach and develop the Sales team.
- Manage relationships with key strategic customers.
- Identify and develop new business and market opportunities.
- Build and manage a solid sales pipeline across existing and prospective customers.
- Provide strategic direction around pricing, margin and commercial terms.
- Lead major customer and commercial negotiations.
- Develop and manage distributor and channel relationships.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities.




- Work closely with Operations to ensure customer commitments can be delivered effectively.
- Collaborate with Finance on forecasting, budgeting and commercial performance.
- Provide regular reporting across pipeline, revenue, margin and growth initiatives.

About You

You will bring

- Demonstrable experience in sales leadership and developing teams, ideally in mining or engineering
- A strong track record of delivering revenue and market growth within a B2B environment.
- Strong key account management and new business development capability.
- Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements.
- Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of pricing and margin management.
- Experience working with distributors, intermediaries or channel partners would be advantageous.
- The ability to work effectively across commercial and operational functions.
- Exposure to international markets or a broader regional remit would be highly regarded.
