About the role

JMLA Logistics is seeking to partner with a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Sydney, NSW. This is a full-time position based in our Sydney NSW. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships within the medtech, medical logistics sector.

This position is strategically important to our business as it directly contributes to expanding our market presence and delivering exceptional service to our medtech, healthcare and medical supply chain clients.

Key responsibilities

- Identify, prospect and develop new business opportunities within the medtech and healthcare sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Present and demonstrate our medical logistics solutions to prospective clients, highlighting key benefits and competitive advantages
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations tailored to client needs
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with internal teams including operations, management and customer service to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities and pipeline progress using CRM systems
- Attend industry events, networking functions and conferences to promote our services and generate leads
- Provide feedback to management on market trends,



competitor activity and client needs to inform business strategy

What we're looking for

- Proven track record of success in a B2B sales role, preferably within logistics, medtech, healthcare, medical supplies or a related industry
- Strong understanding of medical logistics, supply chain management or medtech and healthcare sector operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to identify client needs and present tailored solutions that drive value
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Self-motivated and results-oriented approach with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
- Negotiation and closing skills with experience in contract sales
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel for client meetings as required
- Preferred: Experience in the medical, medtech, pharmaceutical or healthcare distribution sectors; existing network of industry contacts
