Solar & Battery Sales Consultant (Residential Market)
Full-Time | Cranbourne West, VIC | Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
Amazon Energy Australia is expanding, and we’re looking for an experienced and highly motivated Solar & Battery Sales Consultant to join our Australian office.

The Role
You will consult with residential customers, understand their energy requirements and recommend the right solar and battery solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Contacting and qualifying new customer enquiries
- Conducting professional phone and in-person consultations
- Reviewing electricity bills and explaining potential savings, rebates and payback periods
- Preparing and presenting tailored solar and battery proposals
- Following up opportunities and confidently closing sales
- Maintaining accurate customer records and sales pipelines
- Achieving weekly and monthly sales targets
- Delivering an excellent customer experience from enquiry through to installation
What We’re Looking For
- Proven solar and battery sales experience in the Australian market
- Strong closing, negotiation and follow-up skills
- Good understanding of solar systems, batteries and current rebates
- Confident, professional and natural communication skills
- Ability to explain technical information in simple language
- Target-driven attitude with a strong desire to earn
- Excellent organisation and CRM management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High standards of honesty, professionalism and customer service
Previous Australian solar and battery sales experience is strongly preferred.

This is a full-time, office-based position. You must live in Melbourne’s South-East area and be able to work from our Cranbourne West office every day. This is not a remote or hybrid role. Must have reliable car and full Australian drivers license.
